There, unleaded petrol hit NZD2 per litre yesterday. Four times of price hike in a month! Adehhhhh.... When I first bought my cheapo N*th-hand Honda because I couldn't bear walking in freezing winter of 2006, fueling up the tank of the guzzler cost me a little over $70. Two weeks ago, a full tank made me $95 poorer. *sigh*. Use.less.fuel. So no more 'mind clearing' drive on dark country roads at night or lawatan sambil belajar to supermarkets in city when I get bored of working. Hahaha... bosan tak hidup, after hours tak de tempat nak pegi besides grocery supermarts!

Grocery price is rising too over here, overall increase of 10.7% within a year (source:tvnz). With winter coming, veggies and fruits are now priced way higher than before. They no longer fill up the space in my trolley as they do in other seasons. A Thai friend grumbled about the price of rice the other day. I am yet to get hit by rice price, have not been buying rice for months now since we (me & my flatmates) still have heaps of rice in our food compartment. If that supply runs out, we makan roti lorrrr....

MissRoxy ialah seorang budak perempuan yang takut nak pindah masuk my flat at first because "k.Ubi tu garang, takuuuut". She was afraid to go to the kitchen when she first moved in because my room is next to it. I can't believe that I was that scary!
You see, I might be garang that I sound like I can eat human sometimes, but I don't bite, really.

Disgusted by inhumanity

I was shocked and sat dumbfounded when I read a text message from a friend this morning.

Her 70-year-old grandma was stabbed to death at her own home by a robber who ran off with her jewellery.

That, should never happen on Mother's Day or any other days of the year, and it should never happen, EVER!

What kind of sick world are we living in?
