Clockwise: Kuih Bakar, Saucemaker (siapala yg bagi nama konon-konon omputeh ni! it is actually a new version of akok berlauk), Sekaya, Jala Mas and Urat Jati. All bought at Gong Kapas kueh stall (ok, actually I don't know the name of that stall).
burnt sata- bought at Pasar Tani Hiliran -Rm1 for 4
Small pieces of cooked ligaments, tendons and i-donno-what-you-call-it-parts from a cow's kateh in hot sauce - called Rojak Kateh
I know not many people know Rojak Kateh, and the look may not be appealing to some. But I tell you, it is yummy! The content of this small bowl (actually sold in small clear bag) costs RM1 at Pasar Tani. Ayah makes better rojak kateh than the one I bought, but he only prepares it once a year, during Raya Haji, i.e. the only time he can get hold of kateh lembu.
Aiskrim Goreng at Yee St@ll, Batu Buruk
A friend mentioned Aiskrim Goreng through our online conversation and made me crave for some. So today I filled a car with nieces and we zoomed to Batu Burok to get this.

This stall should improve a bit on the presentation. It didn't look yummy enough but it tasted good. The strawberry sauce was a bit too sweet for my liking.
